Bio: I am a licensed massage therapist, intuitive energy and sound healer, and owner of Haven! The beginning of my own transformative healing journey started in 2014 and this path led me to my passion of massage therapy, and in 2019 I pursued my daydream of opening a healing-based wellness center and spa to best support and guide others along their healing journeys. I wanted to create a safe space for our community to feel seen, heard, and heal, and I live in gratitude every single day for the opportunity to follow my mission and do what I truly love.
